South Burlington Wellness and Resilience
Upcoming Events ![]() Wellness and Resilience Parent/Community Program
Intention Stress affects how we think, feel, and behave. It can have significant effects on our health and relationships.
From the very inception of the program we have been aware that parents and members of the community are integral partners in our efforts to support wellness and resilience. Having measured results that support the effectiveness of mindfulness training in helping children to improve focus, regulate emotions, and get along better with others, we committed to offering similar opportunities to interested parents and community members. These program offerings now include a monthly stress-reduction practice group, a lecture series on topics relevant to parents and a year end retreat.
